At Knickerbox Club, we want you to be delighted with your lingerie subscription experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our return and refund policy:
1. Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on lingerie items that have been opened or worn. We cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box, and we will gladly assist with a replacement.
2. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please reach out to our customer service team. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your box, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer’s expense.
3. Refunds
Refunds are offered in the following circumstances:
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. If you cancel after the billing date, your cancellation will apply to the following month’s box. Please note that cancellations are not refundable.
